I recently visited Premium Roses Wholesale while looking for a floral arrangement for a very heartfelt occasion, and I’m so glad I found them. I went in to purchase a sympathy arrangement for my best friend who had just lost her mom, and the florist immediately understood the tone and meaning behind what I needed. She initially started with a white and green arrangement, which was already beautiful and appropriate, but then thoughtfully asked if I would be open to adding a bit of color so the arrangement didn’t feel too somber. I’m so grateful for the amazing experience I had with Premium Roses for my first year handling Valentine’s Day roses. This was my first time placing such a large order, and I was a bit nervous, but the team made the entire process so easy and quick. Not only were they incredibly kind and fair, but they were also extremely helpful when I noticed that some of the roses weren’t looking as great, even though it was out of their control. They immediately took action to fix the situation, which really relieved my stress. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Great people, great business—highly recommend!
